TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Ownership of the items/products or services supplied on any invoice remains the property of Platinum Racing Products unless the invoiced amount is paid in full.
  • Platinum Racing Products reserves the right to cancel or nullify any service, purchase, transaction, deal or offer at any given time without notice or reason.
  • Platinum Racing Products accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items/products/services from courier or shipping companies once we have received receipt for the third-party service.
  • All Items will have their price and conditions subject to change without notice.
  • All Items/Products/Services purchased from Platinum Racing Products are to be installed by a qualified mechanic at a licensed workshop and ALL warranty claims are dependent on this.
  • Modifying your vehicle is illegal in some states and territories, the customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to abide by the law and take the appropriate measures to ensure that their vehicle is roadworthy.
  • Platinum Racing Products collects and retains information provided by you when you sign up, make purchases or use our website. This information consists of your name, phone number, email and postal addresses. This information is collected and used in order to give the customer access to purchase online & access our system and for Platinum Racing Products & contractors to contact you regarding current or previous orders. Platinum Racing Products will not sell or share your information with any 3rd party unless it is for contractors working with us or if we are directed to do so by a court of law. 
  • Images contained in the listings are for generic reference only and should not be replied upon as being an accurate representation on your order. Please seek assistance from one of our team via the forms of communication provided if you need verification.
  • Items sold cannot be returned for or credits applied when a sale event has occurred after purchase. Retrospective discounts are not allowed on purchases.

WARRANTY

  • Lifetime Warranty is only applicable for PRP made products which are BRANDED PRP and NO OTHER BRANDS OR PRODUCTS are covered under this warranty.
  • Lifetime Warranty does NOT include any electrical items or components and is only applicable to mechanical defects.
  • Cosmetic defects are NOT subject to ANY warranty, however they are subject to manufacturer defects.
  • Warranty is only valid on products installed by a qualified mechanic at a licensed premises and warranty is dependent on this.
  • ALL PRP products are designed to be used for RACE USE ONLY and modifying vehicles may be illegal in some states and territories and it is the responsibility of the customer to check their applicable rules and regulations.
  • PRP is not responsible for any damage caused to customer vehicles or engines by using PRP products and warranty only covers the replacement of supplied products or repair of products at our discretion.
  • All forms of warranty ONLY cover the intended use and lifetime of the product supplied, lifetime of products are to be defined solely at the manufacturers discretion and is subject to general wear and erosion due to foreign matter and usage.

Giveaway or PRP Credits


These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the giveaway ("Giveaway") organized by Platinum Racing Products / Platinum RP Pty Ltd ("Platinum RP"). By participating in the Giveaway, you ("Participant") agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility
1.1. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or older.
1.2. Employees, representatives, and agents of Platinum RP, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements
2.1. If there is a minimum purchase required it will be made aware to the participant.
2.2. Participants must follow the specific entry instructions provided in the Giveaway announcement and agree to marketing material.

2.3 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to marketing material, digital or otherwise by default.

3. Giveaway Period
3.1. The Giveaway period will be specified in the announcement. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prizes
4.1. The prizes for the Giveaway will be specified in the announcement.

5. Warranty and Liability
5.1. If the Giveaway product is not manufactured by Platinum RP, it is not subject to any warranty by Platinum RP. Any warranties are solely provided by the product’s original manufacturer.
5.2. Platinum RP will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Giveaway product.
5.3. For products or credits for Platinum Racing Products, the Giveaway applies only to Platinum RP manufactured products, not to products purchased from other vendors.

6. Claiming Prizes
6.1. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
6.2. Prizes must be claimed within 1 month from the date of notification. If a winner does not claim the prize within this period, Platinum RP reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity
7.1. By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions
8.1. Platinum RP reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway to the winner at any time, if its found the winner was selected due to  technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond Platinum RP's control.
8.2. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Platinum RP reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NSW, Australia.

10. Privacy
10.1. Participants’ personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Platinum RP's Privacy Policy.
