PRP Trading Terms

In effect from 1st June 2024, PRP now has strict trading terms.

9.5 For all other orders placed by You with Us for the supply of Goods You must pay for the Goods: (a) if You are a holder of a Trade Credit Account, 30 days following fulfillment notification to You of the Goods by Us to You; or (b) if You are the holder of a Prepaid Dealer Account, then payment for the Goods must be made at the time You place the order with Us; or (c) if You do not hold an account referred to in sub-clauses (a) or (b) above, then your order is not deemed an actionable order without payment received.
